BRUSH UP ON YOUR DENTAL HABITS
Improving your brushing regime could be the simplest step to making your teeth look better. You should ideally brush your teeth twice a day for two minutes each time. However, it’s a common misconception that switching to sugar-free soft drinks is much better for your teeth.
