5 IDEAL INTERNATIONAL BURGERS IN LONDON

National Burger Day is returning to the capital on Thursday 24 August 2017 and if obsessing over burgers is a crime then consider us Brits ‘grill-ty’ as charged! A barbecued burger may be a time-honoured British favourite, but on National Burger Day the extravagant creations are too tempting to miss out on – London’s burgers are going international. Here we’ve rounded up a few of the best buns to transport you to more exotic climates.

Black Coconut Jude’s Ice Cream Burger at Pear Tree Cafe

Inspired by the flavours of true Thai street-food, both burgers come wrapped in vibrant green Pandan leaves. The rich Chicken Satay Burger is topped with sweet basil, red onion and cucumber relish and served with sweet potato chips, whilst the Fishcake Burger (made with Whiting) is topped with a green mango salad and served with crunchy plantain chips. Priced at £15.50 or £20 with a Singha Beer.
