Disclosure. It’s something we are very passionate about at IDEAL. We believe in transparency when it comes to writing.
All the posts we work on with brands to create unique creative content are marked as sponsored. Yes we do get paid to write these posts, but everyone has to make a living somehow, right?
You can now consider yourself disclosed. But if you want to learn more about our disclosure policy, read on…
IDEAL’S DISCLOSURE POLICY
IDEAL magazine accepts paid for advertising, sponsorship, paid insertions and other forms of compensation. To be in compliance with the ASA, FTC, CAP and all those other bodies, we clearly label this type of content as such. Moreover, you as a valued reader should have full control over the type of content you read.
It is our policy only to accept compensation from businesses and brands we think our readers would be interested in. We retain control over all the copy in all our editorial and sponsored posts. However, the compensation received may influence the content, topics or posts made in this blog.
Sometimes we’re invited to stay at nice hotels and fancy restaurants (hard work, we know) as guests and are hosted to do so. However, we clearly state this on the post. We always give a fair review.
IDEAL Magazine does not accept affiliate links; meaning we do not get any compensation if you click on a link and then buy something from that brand. We do however accept ‘sponsored Links’ where we get paid to add a link to an article – however these are clearly labeled and we never accept any which would compromise the reader’s experience or enjoyment of an article.
