There are also some aquariums, where the whole family can marvel at an array of marine life, and even an indoor ski park.
The desert
One of the truly wonderful things about Dubai is the diversity of its landscape. Yes, it is famed as being an ultra cool, metropolitan city. But just a short drive out of the city center will bring you to the outskirts of the Arabian desert. Here you can take part in a variety of family-friendly activities, whether that’s enjoying a camel ride or going on a tour that includes some traditional Emirati entertainment.
