THE IDEAL RECIPE FOR EASY SPINACH SALAD WITH ORANGES, POMEGRANATE SEEDS & FETA

Spinach Salad with Oranges, Pomegranate seeds, feta & sweet olive dressing

This crowd pleasing spinach salad isn’t just super tasty, it also bumps up the iron and calcium in your diet. The perfect salad for a healthy summer.

 Ingredients

1 kg. fresh baby spinach leaves

2 cups arugula

2 oranges cut in wedges

1 cup pomegranate seeds

2 cups feta cheese cut in small squares

1 cup almonds, blanched and sliced 1 jar (330 gr.)

Method

Wash greens thoroughly, cut by hand into small pieces and place in a large bowl. Season with salt. Add feta cheese, orange wedges, pomegranate seeds and almonds. Pour on top one jar Navarino Sweet Olives.
