STEFANIA ROITMAN UNVEILS ANTICIPATED SWIM BRAND, “MY HAPPY BY STEFI” AT PARAISO MIAMI BEACH DURING SWIM FASHION WEEK

This past week, designer, content creator, host and Argentinian actress Stefania Roitman launched her debut swimwear designs. The highly celebrated brand, My Happy by Stefi, has been in the works for quite some time. Stefania made the time outside of her already busy career as current season coach for “The Voice” Latin America, to make her fashion dream a reality.

My Happy by Stefi” is a brand made in support of inclusivity and body-positivity by further highlighting the natural beauty of girls of all shapes and sizes. The female body is accentuated by designs that draw on vivid colors and unique prints that further create a visual texture.

The inspiration behind “My Happy by Stefi” is a deeply rooted desire for love, freedom, and connection. Such passion was cultivated during the COVID-19 pandemic, where global lockdowns left many without means of socialization and self-expression. Stefanie leveraged this atmosphere of pent-up emotions and birthed a beautiful project.

The swim line aims to further transform these communal emotions into designs that encourage a future built on open expression and unity with one another.

“This has been a very exciting moment for me where I was finally able to show what my inspiration has brought to me, a moment where I celebrate everyone, taking them to My Happy world!” says Stefi.

Opening for Stefania was Argentinian designer, Mery Racauchi, who presented her collection for the third season of “Mery Plata.” Once again, Mery Playa returned with a playful and exuberant experience that blended vintage vibes and Latin finesse, coupled with a pop of tropical ambience and a dreamy pastel color palette. This inspiration behind Mery’s latest collection was a nostalgic remembrance of the lavishness of glam rock and the 90’s runway. The designs incorporate retro patterns, bold chains, and accessories that infused extravagance and kitsch art with an unruly energy.

This year’s show was held at 6:00 PM (EST) on Sunday, July 11, 2021, at the PARAISO Miami Beach. PARAISO Miami Beach, also known as Swim Fashion Week, is the world’s largest marketing event for both the Swimwear and Resort Wear Industry. The multi-day fashion fair brings brands, media, and consumers to a destination where new brands are discovered and like-minded individuals mingle through a lifestyle that embraces the spirit, the body, and the beauty.

After 16 years in the industry, PARAISO Miami Beach did not fair to keep the momentum this year. Attendees included Latin popstar and fiancé to Stefania Roitman, Ricky Morena, along with Lele Pons, Ricardo Montaner, Marlene Salome, Sara Escobar, Mauricio Montaner, Ricky Montaner, Oriana Sabatini, Emilia Mernes, Maria Laura and Chris Lavish.

Runway models walking in the show included Alexa Collins, Breanna Marie, Brooke Lilly, Lillete, Zitavass, Khrystyana, Stefanie Gurzanski, Jenn Lee and Amber Davis amongst others.

Brands and designers including Forever 21, Honey Birdette, Breezy Swimwear, Swim With Poppies, Bukie Ade and Boohoo also featured their swimwear during the show.

Along with the astounding talents present, Stefania and Mery both showcased collections that were well received while being both distinctive and complementary. Both brands strive to unleash the star in every woman and promote a confidence that allows them to be who they truly are. Their mission is to build a foundation of boldness and optimism that lets their true colors transcend the world.
